Susie Sedlacek
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP: Susie is a software services business executive with 25+ years of experience aligning customer services with corporate strategies. She has sat on the executive teams of high-technology Fortune 500 and Tier-1 VC-backed software startups one of these being Magento/eBay. While at Magento, she led the Strategic Customer Success function, Expert Consulting Group and Customer Support. She developed and launched the Training & Certification program globally. In this role she owned the enhancement and expansion of Magento skills within the developer community and supported the success of Implementation Partner projects. Susie has brought the best of her Magento ECG and Training team together at 2HRV.
Fred Sedlacek
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Fred has over 25 years of experience in services business development for the high tech industry working with companies such as Sun Microsystems, Genesys and Cisco Systems. Fred is experienced in creating and growing local and global customer services initiatives around product launches. This included the development of services offerings and the identification and development of appropriate delivery channels across international geographies. He identified, recruited, on-boarded, trained and managed offshore teams. He also built out the in-house business infrastructure and built out company representation in country to support the off-shore teams. In addition to customer services, Fred built out comprehensive global developer programs to drive the increased adoption of Java and Solaris while at Sun Microsystems.
Vitaliy Golomoziy
TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP: Vitaliy has over 10 years of experience with the Magento platform. At Magento, Vitaliy was a leader within the Expert Consulting team where he advised enterprise clients and Magento Implementation Partners on the architecting and development of complex Magento and Magento 2 sites as well as troubleshooting and solving issues. Vitaliy led the internal Magento team’s efforts on the initial Magento certification and training curriculum and continues to be an advisor to this program. Vitaly has a Ph.D. in probability theory and is a guest lecturer at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (KNU).
Vanina Delobelle
ECOMMERCE LEADERSHIP: Vanina Delobelle is an omnichannel and digital transformation leader. She has led digital transformation and Magento implementations for over 15 years. She worked at large companies such as Sears and Dick's Sporting Goods, but also with smaller organizations willing to start or grow in digital. In her roles, she was instrumental at defining the strategy, the customer experience, and leading the organizations beyond the implementation by growing their business via digital marketing and data.
She has a PhD in Social Media and Internet Technologies from the University Pascal Paoli, in France and an MBA from the Institut Superieur du Commerce de Paris in France. Her very forward-thinking thesis got referenced multiple times across the world.
David Ensz
DESIGN LEADERSHIP: David has spent 30+ years as an integrated creative director, designer, and illustrator, developing brand goodness in broadcast, print, OOH, in-store and multi-media. During this time, David has developed vocabularies for a wide range of clients from entertainment giants, Buena Vista, Paramount and Columbia Tri-Star, and regional medical, Kaiser Permanente and The Cooperative of American Physicians, to national luxury brands Relax the Back and Fastframe. His experience and knowledge has helped re-shape clients’ personalities and positions to their audiences in constantly evolving marketplaces. This work has been honored by numerous national and international competitions, but some of his greatest rewards are the ones that have also given something in return, like The American Cancer Society and The Boy Scouts of America. David also enjoys mentoring junior creatives, managers and interns, as well as educating clients.
